Taylor Ford focuses his practice on litigation, with an emphasis on association, commercial and business disputes. He has represented corporations and individual clients in a variety of matters including construction defects, breach of contract, business torts, class actions, securities, non-competes, real estate disputes, antitrust, and fraud, as well as intellectual property disputes involving patents and trademarks. He now primarily defends and pursues claims for associations and owners in disputes with developers, design professionals, homebuilders and contractors. In addition to his background in federal litigation and procedure, he has worked on all aspects of state court litigation, from discovery and motion practice, to trying and preparing cases for jury and non-jury trial.
